You will work one-on-one with a professional bridal consultant that will guide you through every step! You will begin with a tour of our store and some time for you to browse all the gowns to make your initial selections of what you would like to try on. Once you begin trying on gowns, your consultant will show you all the customizations available for each dress, as well as make her own recommendations based on what you have been liking/disliking so far. We then revisit the top favorites at the end to help you narrow it down even further!

We offer a 10% discount for Teachers, Military, and Healthcare/First Responders. We simply need to verify with an employer badge, Military ID, or paystub showing the company name.

There is no charge to make or cancel an appointment. We understand things happen and you may find your perfect dress at a prior appointment. We just ask that you call us to cancel so another bride could have that appointment time!

We have “Overstock” dresses that are off-the-rack only and range from $500 up to $1200, and our standard collections that can be ordered in your size and color start at $800 and top off at about $5000, with the majority being under $2700.

It can take up to 7 months to receive a dress, but there are gowns we can receive within a few weeks to a month also. Please call us to request more detailed information if you have a wedding date that is closer.

Since all special orders are ordered specifically for you, they are final sales. There are no refunds, exchanges, or returns.

We do offer alterations, depending on the wedding date and our appointment availability.

Alterations are priced on what you need to be done, as well as the complexity of your dress. Please call us for more details.

Wedding gown alterations begin approximately 8 weeks prior to your wedding/need-by date, and mother’s dress alterations begin 4-6 weeks prior. For the most accurate information based on your situation, please call us.

Most of the time, this is not an issue unless you are planning weight loss in excess of 20-30 lbs. Please call us to discuss your particular needs.

We ask that you bring no more than 3 to 4 guests with you. However, if you wish to bring additional guests, please reach out to us, and we can schedule a large party appointment for you, which will allow you up to 9 guests (total party of 10, including the bride).

Of course! That is going to be the best way to ensure you remember them, and can easily compare.

Not necessarily! Many of our designers offer rush ordering, or we work with them to find gowns that are available in local warehouses in the size/color that you need.

We offer full cleaning and preservation. Please call us to set up a time to drop off your gown and accessories. Once completed, it will be shipped directly back to you within 6-10 weeks.

You can pay via credit card, check, or cash. Check payments need additional time for processing.

Special order gowns require a minimum of 60% deposit, and the remainder will be due once the gown arrives. Purchases of anything in-store require full payment and you can take the dress home with you the same day.
