Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the bridal industry, as well as guidelines set by our designers, cancellations and returns are NOT accepted. However, Loretta Bridal can offer a partial refund, or a cancellation, in some instances.
Please review the specific details outlined below. 

 

A 50% refund will be issued to you if ALL of the following conditions are met:

 

  • Return needs to be initiated in writing via email to us within 24 hours of the item being delivered to you
  • The item needs to be shipped back out to us within 48 hours of receiving the return label from us via email
  • The item MUST have all original tags and labels
  • The item MUST be unworn and in the same new condition it was received in
  • Given that the above conditions were met, a refund of 50% of the item cost (excluding shipping), will be issued to the original form of payment. The refund may take 3-5 days to process to your financial institution.
  • Email questions or requests to contact@lorettabridal.com . Return requests will be processed between 10am and 5pm EST daily. **If you do not receive a confirmation that we received your request, please call us at 239-948-3998.

 

 

Cancellation Request Guidelines: 

 

  • Cancellations will be honored on same-day transactions/purchases ONLY;
  • Written cancellation request must be emailed to contact@lorettabridal.com by 5pm EST for this to be honored.
